molen02
I arrived in Bangkok on 8 December and did my quarantine and after 15 days traveled on to Chiang Mai and I then lodged my TM 30 because I arrived on a different visa this time. From Non O to Non O-A. I would like to know when the counting of my 90 days started. Cheers.
Tanoshi
The day you arrived 8th December, which is day 1 in the 90 day count. Report due March 7th.

That's for reporting in person only and it's 14 days 'before' and 6 days 'after' the report date. Edited February 15, 2021 by Tanoshi

fishtank
You can report between 15 days before and 7 days after the report date.

Immigration website states, in person, 'within' 15 before and 7 after, which includes the report date. 'Within' is not the same as 'before' or 'after'. If your going to quote 'before' it's 14 days. If your going to quote 'after' it's 6 days. Edited February 15, 2021 by Tanoshi 1
Tanoshi
@fishtank Just to clear up your confusion, here is an example of why it's incorrect to state 15 days 'before'. In Immigrations example the due date is 27th, the first day 'before' would be 26th, the 15th day 'before' would be 12th - a day to early.
