. With stone and high temperatures.

For possible make 4-8 pizza in 1 time.

I know this post is likely related to commercial pizza production, but my wife recently studied with a gal who learned Italian cooking in Milan, and she learned to make pizza, fresh pasta, pasta sauces, baguettes, break sticks, and focaccia. All fantastic. And we use a Tefal 60 liter OF-4958. I see the prices are down to 4700 baht on Lazada. Amazing device, and works perfectly for the pizza, baguettes, and focaccia. And much more. Great addition to the kitchen. I realize it is not gas powered, but it is a great substitute for a real over, for home use. 

 

We also bought the Mercato Atlas 150 pasta maker. Another great device. Around 3,500 baht.

Of course you are correct, the poster was prolly too (whatever) to check but someone maybe looking for personal recommendations - maybe exceptional products or service.

 

I checked your link to BBQThai - man, outrageous prices for BBQ - Theres a guy who you can find on the Khon Kaen Facebook pages that makes his own, comparable design, probably better construction and much more reasonably priced - I don’t think you can find him on a Google search.

I just purchased the OTTO TO-772, same size (surprisingly big) for 2,800bht delivered (Lazada).

Made pizza and it works well.

Not via s web site, but this might be of interest. Next to Makro in many towns there's a stall, shop selling commercial type kitchen equipment. Checked here in Sakon Nakhon yesterday. They had several LARGE commercial gas ovens on display. Hope this helps.
