Looking for Apartment Recommendations on MRT Line

So, looking for apartment recommendations on the MRT line (preferably between Bang Kae and Huai Kwang roughly).

 

Old buildings, fine. They tend to be more spacious, better value.

 

Close to MRT station is a must.

 

Ideally under 10k, but would consider a little more.
