Hello All ,

Has anyone applied for a Bangkok Bank secured credit card recently and how long did it take?

I have Applied for secured credit card in Asoke branch and used a fixed deposit account as same value as requested limit. The bank executive was told me that I will receive my credit card within 2 weeks. I have been back in twice to ask including today at 4th weeks. When asked they said maybe you will get card end of next month. Could you guys please help me regarding this? 

End of next month ? That puts another 6 wks and 10 in total.

I would be telling them to sort it out or you will take ALL your money elsewhere.

In the meantime start enquiring at other banks as to availability etc.

Doesnt hurt to have a plan B.

    Secured Credit Card is usually mailed within 2 weeks, must be a problem that you need to get resolved.
