taxexile
its always a worry that one of these potential gas bombs will go off , especially when poorly trained staff attempt to change cylinders close to naked flames. i've seen street food stalls where the gas cylinders are standing in the street by the pavement , tubed to the cookers , inches from the traffic , this was in chinatown.
