The small air compressor that I bought in C Mai a few years back finally stopped working today.

Is there a shop here in C Rai that can repair it?

The place on the corner of the Super Highway where you turn off to the old bus station seems to have a few out the front, might be worth checking out for repairs.

I would just look around for any shop that sells the same sort of stuff.(someone will know someone)There are many on highway 1 (Chiang Rai ~ Tachileik)
