So, for the past 2 days my True Vision TV box has been "loading" and it never actually loads up 

 

I have attached a pic of the loading display. We normally see the loading icons fir just a few seconds before it finishes loading, but now it is perpetually stuck in loading mode.

 

Pressing buttons doesn't do anything and switching it on and off doesn't fix it.

 

Anyone experienced this?

Is there a "factory reset" option in the User Manual?

 

If not, your only recourse is to call True and get them to fix it.
