wow.. from an suggestion to a concept to a law in 2 easy weeks without any serious impact assessment studies.... as long as the public likes it...

just watch the fatalities per capita go through the roof.. and Thailand will overcome Libya and be number one... bravo..

It depends on what you class as a highway (motorway) ? Roads having 3 or more lanes in Thailand can have U-turns! The private motorways you pay for are not likely to have U-turns!
