Have bars in PP been told to close?

To my knowledge, no, but there are strict new regulations in place in the city and surrounding communes regarding public health, such as the compulsory wearing of face-masks, social distancing, cleansers etc. with hefty fines if ignored. However in Kampot, on Cambodia's southern coast (reference Khmer Times February 27):-

On the night of February 22nd, , Major General Mao Chanthurith – the  Commissioner of the Kampot Provincial Police – ordered the provincial police force to conduct street by street inspections of entertainment businesses and to temporarily close all KTV business and entertainment clubs including karaokes, bars, discos, beer cruises, and beer gardens. “Sleepy” Kampot has long enjoyed a reputation as one of Cambodia’s party hotspots, with a large expat community enjoying the free and easy Kampot life and it’s weekly schedule of parties, bar-hopping and more.

I live in Siem Reap City and apart from the increase in wearing face-masks, temperature taking and hand sanitization, life is more or less as usual with bars and restaurants open, but for how long??
