Where to recover strength and more?

THAIPHUKET

Recommended Posts

As can be guessed by my TV name, I'm an ex-phuketianer, some 10 years ago.

What is the goal: excellent strength-building therapy, in or at nearby top hotel,

It's more recovery than body building therapy

My dream is a Hotel with pool at the room to take quick plunges.

Perhaps in several 2 week stretches, to go back to CNX

The is only brainstorming

Any idea taking me into that direction , is welcome

Top hotel&pool, room at the pool is the easy part, The combination of Top hotel&pool, room PLUS therapy is more difficult. I know that expats living in Phuket are unlikely of going to a hotel.

But they may know of an excellent therapist/fitness studio

I would take it from there.

We know the area well, formerly living in Nai Harn, 5 happy years. Every morning walk up Promthep.  Very healthy. Perhaps......

Hotel is a gem. But not for now,

But if we come to PHUKET perhaps beer at the pier.

Cheers Pico CNX

well, STAY are stating that. I ‘ve been there. the gym is a purpose built, large three -storey facility.

point is its huge - modern- well equipped & staffed. check it all out online. ONSEN is sensational.

27k baht monthly all in deal, I suppose for a studio or one bed. thats 900 baht night rate . Five Star.

Could easily stay there without leaving for that month !
