It was all thanks to the advice I got on here. Gburns was a great help and I would advise anyone to read all the info on this site before you apply. She is coming next Saturday morning and I guess it will be a biglearning curve but I intend to get her to integrate with the large Thai community here in Sydney

Obviously you haven't read what has happened to a lot of people who have encouraged their Thai wife to mix with other Thais in farangland.........................

Just be carefull. You might be the farang that needs to "watchout" at the end of the day. Hope all works out.

I concur with Aussiestyle....let her find her own way with the Thais there...dont be in a rush to find Thai friends for her. They can be a bitchy mob.

Great news. I am sure she will find other Thais easily enough. Just keep an eye on your phone bill as she calls family and friends back home. Thais are very social people. Best wishes.
