why is the selection on the tesco lotus website online shopping so small? its a tiny portion of what they have in-store, no childrens clothing on there, no alcohol selection, etc etc.   I'm on the right website surely tescolotus.com . obviously i know the easy solution is go to the store.  just wondering what the score is and why there is such a minute selection.

You can no longer buy alcohol on line in Thailand!

It is a grocery delivery website and is https://shoponline.tescolotus.com/groceries/en-GB - not superstore like Big C.  They normally only have what a general grocery store would offer.  They do have sales platforms on Lazada and Shopee.

 

My experience is that them actually having all items in any order are about the odds of a lottery win.

 

 

It sucks. Ordered a few times from them last year. More than once got a call that of the X items ordered, more than half were actually out of stock, even though they were listed on the website. 

 

Twice the driver forgot 1 or two items, so had to wait for these items another 24 hours.
