phetchy
How far in advance of the expiry date can a car tax renewal be done? Also can anyone tell me if the requirement for a Thai "MOT" inspection for a car is over 5 or over 7 years old? Many contradictory examples on the www. A reference to an official source would be handy. Many thanks.
Upnotover
dlt.go.th suggests it's 7 years, which is what I thought. Translated by google; Vehicle inspection certificate (For passenger cars up to 7 people, passenger cars more than 7 people, or personal trucks That has been registered for 7 years or more, or motorcycles that have been registered for 5 years or more) 1
Upnotover
......also, on the dlt e-service website; Pay the annual tax in advance not more than 90 days before the tax due date. 1
