Herbalife

Featured Replies

I met a woman who sells this product, supplement meals in Vanilla, berry etc.

Does anyone have any thing to say about them?

I read a few reviews on Sannook which said it had the yoyo effect. I'm confused as I thought this only happened with drugs like amphetamines.

Is this any good, I know it is international?

Probably much to expensive in Thailand.

I had a friend back home who made Herbalife his main job but the product was quite expensive.

I guess it isn't banned in many countries for no reason

Their products are 10x overpriced.

They pay their salespersons 40% commission on your purchase.

My misses and her nieces were making 2000-3000bht/day commission selling similar products from a rival company in Thai open markets.

I think it works out at maybe 3000 baht for a couple of things, which would last a month.

I’ve never met an Herbalife rep.  I try to avoid all MLM types.  Won’t let an Amway rep come near me.  They’re worse than the....well...you know those people who knock on your door and won’t go away.

You can buy the same products without the packaging for 120bht/500gm.

Where Herbalife are charging 1650bht/500gm.

I have never tried it myself, but there are some negative health risks articles associated with Herbalife.

I would do a thorough Google search and also look at all the ingredients.

this from one online article I just looked up:

One of the biggest drawbacks is that the shakes are very high in sugar — 40 percent of the calories in each serving come from added sugars, primarily fructose (1).

Also, you may want to consider switching to 2 meals a day. Less hassle, less cooking, less chance of putting garbage into the body.

  • 2 weeks later...

Overpriced garbage, also some issues regarding quality & legitimacy of products
