sutnyod
I don't know any way to download them as bulk; you will probably have to do that for every single mail. However, under "options" there is the possibility to forward yahoo mails to another account (for you that would only your problem in the future). For such purposes I use Pegasus (mail client), because with that programme you can easily copy and backup as many mails as you want. Once yahoo forwarded your mails to another account that you open with Pegasus, you can easily download them to your USB stick.
Veazer
I would use YPOPs! to make your yahoo webmail appear as a normal pop3 mail server to email clients and then use Mozilla Thunderbird portable version as the email client which runs well from a usb drive. If i remember right, YPOPs runs fine as a portable app and the YPOPS folder can be copied from c:\Program Files to your usb drive. Good luck.
