The photo shows a property marker that is sitting on top of the ground not in the ground.The wife asked the owner of the home that we were visiting why was that.The answer was, we know where it goes so it is OK.Upon further investagation I found out that it belongs to their rice patty land about 3km away.But as they stated they know where it goes.... Beardog Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 (edited) Got that right after a survey Have the county sink in cement posts into the ground, I will be painting bright red(the red is for me so I easily know my (boundary) so there will never be a dispute over the validity of the survey. Just let the wannabee person pay for their own survey & weep later. Not to fond of the floating stick or the wandering rock!
