Crime Suppression Division police caught up with an alleged murderer after he went missing for 11 years.

Chitphon, 31, was named in a warrant for murder, attempted murder and weapons offences issued by the Nakhon Pathom court in June 2010.

The warrant stemmed from a shooting in February of that year when four men had an argument with three victims called Saran, Decharit and Jessada.

Decharit and Jessada fled on a motorcycle but were shot at. They came off their vehicle after hitting the footpath and were both killed in what INN called a brazen attack.

Chitphon, from Sampran, was arrested in a car park on Suankaset Road, in Lat Sawai district of Pathum Thani.

He was taken to Pho Kaew police station.

He denies everything saying he will fight the charges in court.

INN made no mention of the other suspects in the incident, notes Thaivisa.
