If the 7 day average is 656 but the cases on the last day of that period is 338 (half the average) it tells me cases are falling fast.

It's seriously hard for you to look at the chart and understand that weekend deaths reported have been about half of weekdays every week for the last 6 months?   Seriously?

  • That herd immunity theory is based in part that the 70% is uniformly spread among the population. Or that's my guess and I'm sticking with it. I see a problem in the US as there are many areas wh

  • It's one of the numbers scientists are pushing around as the rate we need to get to in order to stop the virus.  Some say even 80%.

Are you a science denier...can you not look at the entire graphic and not see that cases are dropping dramatically?

Sure, in January and February they obviously dropped dramatically.  But are they currently dropping?  NO

Are they near zero after the elderly and vulnerable got vaccinated as your original post claimed?  A big NO

Deaths have hardly dropped at all in the last month.  They went from 695 on may 1st to 656 on may 29th.  They are actually higher now than they were 2 weeks ago.  You are probably the only person on earth that would call that dropping dramatically.
