The media PPTV 36 reported on a tragic case of a family of six living in a flat in the Din Daeng area of Bangkok.

Three children were rescued yesterday  by officials from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security after they were found quarantining alone.

In the household was a 95 year old grandfather, a mother and her four children aged 14,10,9 and four.

The grandfather died from Covid. He was bedridden.

The 40 year old mother was in hospital with Covid-19 and the children had to fend for themselves with their ailing granddad.

Two of the children caught the virus and two were negative.

The media reported that the old man fell out of bed after dying and the children left alone had to help him.

Maybe no-one went for a test and they didn't know anything?

So the mother is in the hospital with covid and she doesn’t tell the hospital staff about GF status or her children?

Nor does the hospital inquire about what family members/people are she living with?
