Beef Liver, where?

Featured Replies

Used to get beef liver from food land Thong Lor , but they haven’t had any in weeks

anyone seen any Beef Liver on their travels?

Thanks

If I wanted beef liver I'd find out where the slaughter house is and go there at 4am.  That's the way I get grass fed beef.

Possibly request the stall holder in your local fresh market?

I order my pork ribs for bbq-ing via my local fresh market.

Thanks, but I’m not going to hang around a slaughterhouse at 4am. I just want a shop to buy beef liver

An honest question...does beef liver taste different?

Or is it for religious purpose?

I have always used pork liver mostly floured and fried with onions.

Again, an honest question.

Thanks.

tastes lovely,  milder than pork liver and a bit softer. I cook it like steak with a little butter.
