When we were in Switzerland I always used Ebay if I had to sell something of value. Now my Thai Wife wants to liquidate some items we brought with us from abroad before I bite the dust, and I think that is a good idea.

Examples: High end headphone amp with carefully selected New Old Stock Tubes (some 65 years old), Sennheiser Headphones, special cabling, SACD player etc.  Apart from that there are a couple of higher end guitars (Breedlove, Godin, Peerless) with amps, effects, Roland Guitar synth etc. Plus really exotic items like the original first issue Goju Kensha Karatedo Goju-ryu Kyohon in 13 volumes plus a few more things. All are a one time liquidation of single items.

The stuff has a higher value (even the Kyohon which is of interest only for a very limited crowd I reckon). And no down payment would be accepted. Does anybody has an idea how to sell a bit more precious and rare household items from or in Thailand or has done that himself ? As well over Ebay ? Not even sure she could open an account as a Thai National. But there might be Thai alternatives which I am totally unaware of.

what model are the headphones and price?

Everything only sold as set with amp (a WOO WA3) -player-earphone-earphone cable-earphone stand-tubes - it has been matched this way. Includes a number of rare tubes which I ordered from all over the world for the final shootout which took many months. The earphone is a HD650. Not regarded as the highest end - but it is not manufactured anymore and very much sought after. The combo sounds very good. I am an audiophile since the early 80's but sold my big system before coming here. Price not determined yet but will not be published openly in the forum. If you are interested in the combo as a whole you may give me a PM and I can give you further details.

Facebook marketplace has far more high end audio listings than Bahtsold and Kaidee.  I will probably list my extra gear there fwiw.  eBay would probably be a PITA from Thailand.

For electronic stuff there is https://www.munkonggadget.com/ which has a forum/marketplace.

Then there is https://www.kaidee.com/ where you could login with ... Facebook or whatever, and make posts for free.

There's DSBKK group on Facebook (Desperately seeking Bangkok), which is full of ads of people selling stuff off.

There are others, which you could also find if you are looking for stuff you are selling on Google and following the links. Might also give you some price indications of what it's worth.

Finally, there are shops that are selling this kind of second hand things. They often have accounts on social media and on kaidee. You could reach out to them to see what they offer.
