A small hornet/wasp nest in the shoe rack. Not all of them are stingy, but unfortunately the ones that are, punch above their weight, so I blitz them all; let god sort it out.

I have found everything from snakes to those damn orange centipedes under mine. Always assume there is something under anything you pick up in Thailand

Paper wasp in oz. Least no redback in the dunny!

I always bang them on the floor first.

Wasn't in the shoes, but took up residence in the kitchen ( briefly )

I've been stung many times by wasps and bees in Thailand, no biggy.

The wife can smell those <sound of bug spray> Pssssttttttttt.

Apparently there is one wasp species here that is quite deadly, 2-3 stings will do it.

I never put my feet into a "wasp nest ".

And I asked all my friends: nobody did it so far. 

We are used to put our feet into shoes. 

And so it's amazing for me that obviously you do it different.
