xkkpafi
We seem to have a new bird in the area (Khao takiep Hua Hin) that I just can't id or get a photo of because its too quick. Its black, has a very raucous cry, black wings with single blue strip halfway along wing, and white wingtips. Slightly smaller than a black drongo (which I thought it was originally). Likes mid air battles particularly with local pigeons, who run for cover whenever this bird appears. Ive looked at birds of Thailand books and websites and just cannot get a handle on what the bird is, would like suggestions, thanks.
