Zacuzzi
Someone was saying that, due to the COVID, people (or foreigner only?) cannot incorporate in Thailand at this moment, because the government stopped accepting new company registration.. (According to him, only the transfer of an existing company is possible at this moment.) I do not believe this is true, but would like to confirm. Is the incorporation in Thailand still possible? (Can a foreigner still incorporate (register a new company) in Thailand like pre-Covid days? NOTE: I understand the rule that foreigner's share would be limited to 49% to be a Thai company, etc...) Your answer would be very much appreciated.
