We are planning to establish a new business, branch office in vietnam (HCM)

this branch office mainly will be active to source commodities from Vietnam and supply to the main office in the middle-east region,

What are the options to start with?

The company will assign a foreigner staff as a business manager to manage the office,

and employ a local staff to handle accounting jobs, 

could you please give some suggentions? or if any ideas where to start with this project?

how much the cost of establishing a branch office in vietnam? 

what are the requirements in term of the paperwork,? 

how much the office rental from to... (approx)?

to obtain a work permit for the foreigner office manager?

 

do we need to to contact a lawyer to process the procedure of this new branch office? 

please share your opinion if you experienced any of the above issues,
