villageidiotY2K
Hey folks, I've got this new Nissan Almera 2019,2000km on the clock. When I start the car, it's quite hard to shift gear from parking to drive. When I force, it, I hear this one time grinding noise and there's a bit of shock. I'm assuming it's fresh from the dealer, so transmission fluid should be plenty right? Anyone experience this problem with no nissan cars? I tried idling for a min begore shifting, but doesn't seem to solve this...

canthai55
Are you parking on a slope ? Do you engage the parking brake before shifting into Park ? If either answer is NO - get theyself to the dealer Edited July 18, 2021 by canthai55

Has it been serviced properly since 2019?
villageidiotY2K
model is 2019, but I got it in 2021 fresh from the dealer. Why is this the case? i dont park on the slope nor parking brake before shifting to P. Do i really need to step hard on the brake before shifting?? I don't get this problem once I run the car, and start again. Is it someting to do with gear fluid? How can I check this myself? Taking it to the dealer is the last resort, as i dun wanna some sweat dude riding touching interior of me car! **If the mechnic is a sexy lady, i got no problem as long as she doesnt damage it. i think i heard somewhere that nissan cvt is the shiz low quality.... 1
