Daily News reported that two employees of a major Thai delivery firm based in Bangkapi, Bangkok, were arrested after a raid on a house and storeroom at the company.

Narongsak and Thanin had been using their company facilities and equipment to package and send marijuana plants they had grown to Bangkok and other provinces.

Taken into evidence were 78 plants along with lots of lighting equipment and supplies of earth, fertilizer and seeds.

Customer lists were taken into evidence also.

They had 2,800 members on their Facebook page.

The suspects admitted what they had been doing over the last two months. They sold the plants for 500-800 baht a time and sometimes used the company van to delivery close-by in Bangkok.

They were charged with producing a Class 5 drug and distributing it and handed over to the Lad Prao police.

The raid was mounted by officers from region four of the met police along with representatives of the NCB or narcotics control board following an investigation into the two men's activities.

Grab-Ganja ? Maybe I should update my app

Selling pot online. Novel idea.

Just one thing you brainiacs, uh, the cops do have computers, lol

Man, you just can't make this stuff up. Gives me a good laugh here and there when I really need it.

I noticed a listing on Facebook Marketplace two days ago offering plants. The picture showed one which was quite nicely budded up already !

Dismissed it as a joke or an attempt at entrapment . lol

I love the drug-warrior trigger words these reports always use. There is no logical or medical reason why any recreational drug should be in a more dangerous category than alcohol.

None.

There are a lot of fabricated fears and junk science to keep the status quo going forever.

But since a quart of Vodka would kill me just as dead as a lethal dose of heroin, and an alcoholic violent episode is no less of a risk than one on meth, it's all just non-sense.

We can all go murderously suicidal on booze, but we don't. All other drugs are the same, the fear of the sky falling is just propaganda, not common sense.

Let people enjoy their poisons from a clean legal taxed source in peace, and jail them if they commit a criminal act under the influence. Problem solved.
