Anybody know the type of snake this is dark colour white under belly and what seems to be white ring around its head. We have had a few Malaysian pit vipers in the past but dont think this is baby viper. It was quite aggressive when I picked it up

I looked at the ringneck but thought cannot be as not in southern Thailand and this has  a white under belly and not orange and a white ring around it head also triangular head shape like a viper 

it's a cobra ....     thailand only has Cobra's ... hic

This one's range seems to be limited to the eastern US and Canada.

I read that to that's why I'm confused I'm in south Thailand and next to rubber plantation so we get lots of snakes and this is only a baby the fangs not fully hardened it's about 14inch long and was pxxxxx off when I picked it up. But must have lots of brothers and sisters so trying to find out if venomous if it is a ring neck they can stay
