Drug police and local officers in Samut Prakan busted a production and distribution point for marijuana oil and illegal cosmetics at a house on Srinakharin Road in Thepparak district on Friday. 

 

Arrested were a Thai man and a Vietnamese national - Ritthirong, 49 and 22 year old Phan Duy Lien.

 

Marijuana extract and oil in bottles and packaged for sale in smaller vials was seized.

 

Also a quantity of facial cream.

Cash in the sum of more than 12 million baht, dozens of phones, gold, bank books containing 12 million baht, a 14 million baht house, 2 million baht condo were all seized totalling 42,191,944 million baht.

 

The illegal items items were being sold online via Facebook as "herbal remedies" and "organic health products" reported Naew Na.

42,000,000 THB takes time to accumulate the timing of their arrest  seems to fit into the current train of thought that the MIB are having to up the tea money to make up the shortfall due to covid, a refusal ends in arrest!

I think a lot of BIB's woke up after the news they get 40% . There will follow a lot of these busts from now .
