mcmco Posted August 29, 2021 Share Posted August 29, 2021 I am currently on a 1 year extension with my final 90-day notification on Oct. 10, and the extension finishing on Oct. 31. Question: If I have a flight to leave Thailand on Oct. 15, am I still required to do the 90-day notification on Oct. 10? Or can I just head out on the 15th and terminate my extension? In case you'll be back in Thailand later on, you might want to have it done, just in case. But as for leaving, you won't have any issue I agree.
