G Rex Posted August 31, 2021 Share Posted August 31, 2021 The core vaccinations here are C5 & Rabies As Bordetella bronchiseptica vacc is a component of C5 - I would assume that Canine Cough does occur here , but when talking to a local vet, I was told they do not see it often. We used C5 in Southern Australia , & did see a few cases of Canine cough in unvaccinated dogs. We also routinely vaccinate against Distemper - which has not been seen in Australia for over 30 years.
