INN reported comments from Dr Kamthorn Malatham of the Infectious Disease Association of Thailand (IDAT)regarding Antigen Test Kits (ATK).

He said that the professional use of the kits sold in Thailand and their use by people in their homes are both accurate.

What can affect the accuracy of results is the secretion storage method must be carried out correctly and the kits should not be stored at too high a temperature.

He urged people doing the tests themselves to follow instructions on the label regarding their usage carefully as well as store them appropriately.

We live in the tropics. Do these ATK need to be stored in a fridge? Anything wrong with Roche or Abbott ATKs? Oh right, the brown envelope...

Are you suggesting government agencies will accept money to favor one corporation over another at the expense of the safety of the people?  Lay off the conspiracy theories bud.
