นี้คือคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าท้งหลาย=This is the Teaching which is taught by all Buddhas

1.ความไม่ทำชั่วทั้งปวง=To avoid doing all evil things

2.การทำความดีให้ถึงพร้อม=To cultivate all good

3.การำระให้บริสุทธิ์ผ่องแผ้ว=To purify one's own mind with serenity

4.เพื่อความพ้นทุกข์=To go beyond and be free from suffering (i.e.Dukkha)

1."พึงชนะคนโกรธ ด้วยไม่โกรธ=Overcome an angry person by restraining your own anger."

2."ความโกรธเกิดจากความไม่อดทน=Anger comes as a result of intolerance and impatience."

3."ผู้ฆ่าความโกรธได้ย่อมอยู่เป็บสุข=Happy is he who has killed his own anger"
