90 Days Notification Online Service doesn't work

Featured Replies

I'm trying since three days to send my 90 days notification which is due on SEP 18 via the Royal Thai Immigration's online website  https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do. I can only fill in the first page. When I click to continue, I get an empty page. It does not continue. This happened to me now probably ten times.

Anybody else has problems? I can't be the only one.

MANY MANY same issue.

Stop trying...it isn't you.

Do it in person or via mail.

Which immigration office do you use

The blank page is due to a popup message being blocked.

Turn off any popup blocker you have and try again.

Most web failures get a "See local immigration message", so a blank screen might be some issue with a pop-up blocker, or other browser security issue?

This has been going on forever.
SOME people have success, but from what I can gather, you either have success from the start and continue to do so, or you're set to fail. I'm in the latter group. Luckily my local immigration office is almost within walking distance.

Don't mix up the problems.

The blank page is a technical problem with the browser at first.

Other problems follow after that
