Thailand’s Medical Sciences Department has set up a survey to collect information from those who have recovered from COVID-19, to see if there are any long-term effects on people’s health.

The survey, only in Thai at present, can be found on the website https://longcovidsurvey.dms.go.th/

The survey gathers information on the symptoms, and their severity, which people experience after recovering from COVID-19. The information will be used to help in the treatment of COVID-19 patients with other health complications.

Great idea, but .....

Do members of the public have the medical expertise to accurately observe and report their symptoms?

It will be interesting to see how many long haulers there are in Thailand. People who have many symptoms

for months after they have recovered from COVID.  Some deaths still are from people who got COVID, recovered, then

were unlucky and caught the virus again.  That should be in a survey to see now many were infected twice.

There should be a survey on how many politicians got COVID and survived as well.

Geezer
