BANGKOK, Sept 20 (TNA) – The government raised financial assistance for flood-affected farmers as flooding remained in seven provinces.

 

Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Chalermchai Sri-on said the farmers whose produce was damaged by floods would receive financial aid set by the new rates that was announced on Sept 1.

 

According to the new rates of assistance for farmers affected by disasters, they would receive 1,340 baht per rai of damaged paddy fields, 1,980 baht per rai of crop and 4,048 baht per rai of perennials and other plants. c

But, the frog said that it ain´t gonna be any flooding this year.

There are no floods. I'm sure the PM's horoscope reader told him that.
