Photo by VnExpress/Thuy Quynh Hanoi police have arrested a local man following reports his daughter had died hours after a beating. Preliminary reports revealed the girl, six, was taken to Nam Thang Long Hospital in Bac Tu Liem District before being transferred to Vietnam National Children's Hospital for emergency aid Thursday afternoon. The children's hospital later confirmed her blood circulation had already stopped and she had died before reaching the hospital.
