Posting Steve's "Philippine Info Channel" YouTube videos and "Reekay, Life Beyond the Sea" YouTube videos decreases the credibility of this forum.

 

Steve pays $80 rent and by his own admission, pays over $400 per month to his girlfriend and her family.  This is a guy advising people on how to live on a budget.  In the video above he's talking about a "rush" for apartments...  Please...  Give me a break...  There were plenty of inexpensive apartments available before the pandemic that are currently vacant.  They will fill up when expats are allowed back in.  There will be no "rush".  High supply and high demand do not make a scarcity event that his "rush" implies.  No need to worry about not being able to find a decent apartment.  He's actually advising people to look online a rent an apartment prior to arriving.  Madness...  But some people will actually follow the advice, because, after all, it's the "Philippine Info Channel"...

 

Concerning Reekay...  If you look online you can find a copy of his old dating profile.  He was in his late 50's, looking for 18 year olds.  There are recordings online of Reekay advising attendees of his "Bachelor Course" on how to put pressure on their Filipina girlfriends to consent to "back door" sex (don't know if using the clinical term will get me censored).  He advises his super suave bachelors, if the Filipinas don't comply, threaten to leave.  A real dirtbag...
