They may ask for somebody that knows you to affirm you are living together as husband and wife. It could be a neighbor or friend.

The OP was asking about needing a witness when doing the application at immigration.

Rayong didn't ask for witness for my friend and wife on second visit but want Kor Ror 2 to be very up to date, ie a few days old only.

Photos showing house number and photos at the back of the house in the garden together photos at the front door.
