coldcrush
Hiya All, I am about to send of my application to become an Irish Citizen. Once I am a citizen if I get it, can I apply for the 5 year Settlement visa? Thanks
the scouser
Yes. Fill in and follow the instructions on form EEA2. It does take the BIA about 6 months to consider the application. If your wife wishes to travel before then, she can ask for her passport back and re-submit it when she gets back to the U.K. If she leaves the UK and her current 2-year stamp is no longer valid, she'll need to apply for a family permit in order to return to the U.K. Scouse.
