An array of dishes in the enticing menu incorporates unique and traditional Italian flavours with a modern twist, expertly prepared using the best ingredients. Pizza Romana is undoubtedly the highlight of our menu, where the carefully selected toppings and delicate dough base accentuate the true Italian flavour and character of traditional Italia Pizza. Large Size Pizza Romana baked in a wood-fired oven and made with fresh imported ingredients. More than 40 varieties of Pizza Romana (White, Red and Sweet) are available. Besides Pizza Romana, the menu also comprises a variety of Italian dishes to excite your taste buds. Chef’s recommendations are - Pistachio Crusted Tuna Steak, Deep fried Shrimps & Squids, and Eggplant Parmigiana. 

Adding to the delights of an authentic Italian experience, at Ailati, we offer Aperitivo (Happy hours), a pre-meal tradition popular in Italy. Customers can enjoy a wide selection of classic Italian beverages accompanied by free food such as Crostini, Pizza, Frittata, Arancini, homemade pasta, and more.

Ailati is a two-storey restaurant, perfectly ample to fit several small groups. At the lower level, you can enjoy a quick bite or a drink at the bar whilst the live action unfolds in the brick oven and fills the atmosphere with the fantastic aroma of freshly baked pizzas. The dark wood furnishing and gentle lighting on the upper level transmits a smooth vibe, aptly setting the stage for a decadent menu of pasta and a glass of wine.
