ASEAN NOW Content Team Posted October 7, 2021 Share Posted October 7, 2021 As of Wednesday, October 6th, the Indonesian Covid-19 Task Force issued the most recent data on daily Covid-19 instances. There have been 1,484 new instances reported in the last 24 hours. Indonesia has a total caseload of 4,223,094 cases as of today's figures. More than 100 additional cases were reported in four provinces. Jakarta has 203 cases, Central Java has 166, East Java has 158, and West Java has 104. The Task Force also announced 2,851 more Covid survivors, bringing the total number of survivors to 4,052,300. Indonesians are still dying as a result of the new coronavirus. Today, 75 more people have died, bringing the total number of people killed to 142,413. Indonesia still has 28,381 active Covid-19 cases as of today.
