REUTERS/Rivan Awal Lingga/Antara Foto JAKARTA (Reuters) - Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves rose in September by about $2.1 billion to a record of $146.9 billion, boosted by the proceeds of the government's global bond sale, the central bank said on Thursday.
