Know you're getting old LiK, but we're now in October.

Rode past Patong office an hour ago and "Closed" notice in window and forlorn looking customer in front- I confirmed to him that today is the 13th.

 

Iwould assume Phuket Town will be the same.

it's on the list as a national holiday, but if you were looking in the wrong month.......!

Well, my dentist was open and so they didn't know either. Also, plenty of municipal workers cleaning up beach road as usual.

 

Wonder if the bars along Bangla will be open later!

If you want a difficult one:

October 22 will be a substitute holiday but not shown on printed calendars where you see October 25 in red (but cancelled/moved).
