I have been trying repeatedly to input documents into the COE form today. But it is not working. It keeps saying "Please attach a copy of vaccination certificate." What am I to do? Any others experiencing this? [I do understand that the rules are changing but the COE is needed now and I need to organise flights, insurance, etc now] Thanks for any input.
