snoop1130
Chiang Mai’s adjacent Waroros, Ton Lamyai and flower markets have been closed down for three days, starting today (Thursday), for disinfection, while surrounding areas have been placed under maximum watch for 14 days after 37 people, mostly traders, were found to be infected with COVID-19. Meanwhile, health officials have begun mass vaccinations of traders and porters at the three markets and conducted COVID-19 tests, with rapid antigen test kits (ATKs), during the 3-day lockdown. All traders and porters will have to show their negative test results before they will be allowed back into the markets. Maybole
We have been trying to buy vegetables today. Many village markets which rely on wholesalers in the city are closed for lack of available produce. 1

Also several small village restaurants have shut today or yesterday.
