I checked the AXA website and their most expensive "Platinum Plan" only offers 2,000,000 THB for medical expenses due to accident or sickness.  

Unfortunately €50,000 won't cover much after a serious accident.

 

Any recommendations for companies that provide more coverage?

AXA do also seem to have "Emerald" cover which provides THB 4,000,000.
