Hi!

I will definetely ask the same question to business acquaintances in BKK but suspect some of you might have some additional/original leads to give.

I'm likely to move back to Thailand and set up a company -in the gem trade- which will also sell on the local market . Apparently it's not eligible for BOI and I've read about new restrictions on nominee directors . Yet I heard in BKK it's business as usual, just need to be more discreete.

What would be your take on it? And what are the options if we have to do without nominee directors?
