Flying to UK on Singapore Airlines

Has anyone who is a non Singaporian Citizen or Resident recently flown back to the UK from Thailand on Singapore Airlines? I want to make sure that I as a British Citizen can fly back to the UK in mid November from Bangkok via transit in Changi Airport. I recently booked and paid for a flight but then realised that Thailands current category might preclude non Singapore Residents from boarding the Bangkok to Singapore sector and going through transit in Changi.  I understand the vaccine and PCR Testing requirements.
