Bangkok Bank - "The transaction cannot be processed with this bank currently"

I just tried to make a transfer from Bangkok Bank to Krung Thai, but the option was grayed out saying "The transaction cannot be processed with this bank currently".  All the other banks are available...

Temporary glitch? / problem my end / problem their end? / any advice?  Thanks.

Yeah maybe.  I really wanted to make the transfer before close of business today, but it's not the end of the world to wait until monday.
